Pros

The production staff are great people.

Cons

The pay is terrible. The benefits are terrible. Work is not even regular. Bathrooms are disgusting. They don't even offer water because they are so cheap. There have been issues with racism and the management addresses that by firing the person complaining. You are better off getting a job in the service industry, working for a major company that at least has structure and policies.

The current people in production. They are fine people and want to do a fine job in a serioiusly dysfunctional place.

Cons

Everything whatsoever. The owner is a psychopath in the clinical sense. He chases pennies thinking he save dollars. He and his operations guy are Sirth Lords, if you get my drift

Employees are dedicated and fun to work with. Good benefits but have to wait 90 days.

Cons

No production scheduling, inventory, shipping & receiving or quality control. No hot water on site. IT is also equipment maintenance. High employee turnover.
