Honestly, there isn't any pro.

Cons

Avoid working for Priority1. This is an awful company with a terrible management, and employees here have no work-life balance. Aside from the tons of workload, you'll also have to deal with the immature and verbally abusive managers. So you won't only be physically stressed but mentally exhausted as well.
