Pros

I have worked in an upper management role at multiple companies in my lifetime. I have come to find that working with Priority1 has surpassed what I could have ever anticipated. The top leadership is there to guide as well as support all members of the company, give credit where credit is due, and are active in the day to day duties as well. It is great to be a part of this growing company and the culture they have created.

Cons

At this time, there is nothing that I can say negatively about the company, issues that arise are dealt with and worked through quickly.

Pros

Great atmosphere with huge opportunity for advancement. Team oriented with excellent management team. Sky's the limit as it relates to salary opportunity. Great for those with entrepreneurial spirit.

Cons

Occasional cross-over between agents and other territory managers. Advancement to management based on sales performance which is not always indicative of management ability.

I have been with Priority1 for a little over 4 years and it has been a great company to work for. They are growing at a considerable rate which is awesome for advancement opportunities. The benefits are very good and I really enjoy the work environment.

Cons

No real cons so far. If you do what is expected of you, then you will be treated fairly.
