I have been with the company for about 5 months now and I love it. There is freedom in your day, where you are not stuck at a desk for 8 hours. Everyone is on your side and wants to see nothing but growth and success from you. The managers and the surrounding team in Little Rock are awesome. They will do everything they can to help motivate, teach and guide you to success. A very fun and competitive work environment.

Cons

Can definitely be a grind at times but the managers and your team will always be there to help you

Are you excited to get up and come to work everyday? Well, before I started working at Priority1 I wasn't either. Priority1 is growing which by itself makes things exciting. There are new challenges to tackle everyday and the environment is relaxed enough where you have the freedom to figure what works best. If you have an idea it doesn't have to go through 10 layers approval before you can put it in practice. We keep it simple. If it makes sense we do it! The benefits alone at Priority 1 make you want to be here. Those include a 15% profit sharing contribution, paid vacation/holidays, fully paid medical insurance for you AND your family, annual company contributions to your Health Savings Account and a very competitive salary on top of it all.

Cons

To this point I don't have anything that would be considered a downside to working at Priority1. As the title says, it's a great place to be.

Pros

Great team! Management not concentrated on micro managing and giving you freedom and trusting you to work at your own pace. They are not stressing you about minor things and you can concentrate on your tasks. Management open for employees' ideas and actually implements them and does not put them in the back drawer. Very friendly atmosphere.

Cons

Everything is positive and cannot think of anything bad.
