Pros

The industry wasn’t hard with a good software interface and if you are knowledgeable.

Cons

The company pays you nothing and management treats you poorly unless you become a top earner. After moving on I noticed the large gap in commission here. They also will try to push you out and take your book. Lots of dbags here sadly, especially at the top (And they are no help at all). I made the most money in my office. I regret making them anything and giving them any effort. The fact they have Directors leaving comments to boost the company rating on here because people hate it here.. wow. Don’t waste your time they just hire anyone now because they’ll squeeze and toss em.

Don't take work home with you.

Cons

Too many to list, mainly no database so you're constantly stepping on the toes of both outside and fellow inside sales reps.
