Great team, but lacking in flexibility

Great team in multiple departments that really encourage change

Cons

There used to be a hybrid schedule and now that flexibility has been taken away and we are back at the office 5 days per week. However, this only seems to apply to half the employees at corporate as everyone else continues to work from home. There should be a hybrid schedule for all corporate employees.

management is rude and does not listen to your concerns, older staff are rude and do not face any consequences unless reported by a patient
