      Close to home. Nice office building offer hybrid work schedule

      Cons

      Company and process seams to be unorganized at times. Upper Management owners are not friendly they come to the office and don't walk around to meet or talk to the employees

      Great patient demographic (kind elderly folks), coworkers are generally helpful, learn a lot of great skills

      Cons

      Low pay for the amount of work asked, low pay for the flexibility you're expected to have, Poor hours, your schedule depending heavily on if the manager (Office Manager @ Westfield) likes you, blatant favoritism, bratty/ungrateful doctors, tons of gossip (that has actually cost people their jobs), outcome of work day depends heavily on the Office Manager's mood for the day (if you catch my drift)

      Best manager I have ever had, best benefits I have ever had (and I have worked IN Employee Benefits), I received support when I endured an unexpected injury at the beginning of my employment, the doctors in the group I represent are world class, I work completely reasonable hours, I was given a home office set up, I have to stop into the offices and I witness world class treatment of patients, staff is friendly and welcoming, private ownership allows for upward mobility within the company, I asked for a CRM and was invited to pilot and mold it (let alone just being given access to it), I am never micromanaged... This is the best company I have ever worked for.
