The group also supports professional development opportunities and offers a wide range of possibilities for internal growth. Team members’ voices and opinions are heard throughout the company and constantly taken into consideration for looking at internal developmental opportunities for the future of the organization! Also, the high level of technology makes communication flow really between teams.
Cons
There is definitely more opportunity to create an internal forum for employees to communicate and hear other employee’s voices that may work at different locations since there are many different sites.
