Opportunity to work at many different sites with variety of acuity levels. Epic EMR. Opportunity to get involved with residency if desired

Cons

Comp is good for academics but would prefer more RVU incentive for largely community shop clinical workload. Many sites may not be a pro for everyone

The health system has gotten so large, management has no idea what it takes to run the hospital day to day.
