Pros

I love the atmosphere, and the people I work with. I can't understand why I have stayed so long but when I think about my work associates they are family.

Cons

We are having a lot of turn over. I think they should concentrate on ways of keeping our seasoned employees because we spend much orientation of new employees.

We love to read you feel your work associates are family, we see all employees the same way. While we do have turnover, it is lower than the industry average, but I understand it may not feel that way at the department level. We are redesigning our recruiting model which I hope. Pros

It's a great company to work for. The doctors and residents are great easy to get along with and to work with.

Cons

As a Certified Medical Assistant we don't do anything more than a Certified Nursing Assistant. I just don't feel like were being used to our full potential, skills, education, and all of our capabilities.
