Pros

Great ministry, heading in the right direction after some tough years.

Cons

Some of the ‘old school’ people are still there and they drag their feet and do everything to protect the other originals, meaning before Chuck passed away. They need to be held responsible and help all not just those they choose.

Pros

Flexibility. Attention given to employees to ensure that they are developing spiritually as well as professionally. Great leadership.

Cons

Difficulty with headquarters being located in Washington DC, and relating to the issues faced in each state with the field staff. Sometimes HQ demands things that the field can't abide by due to rules or culture set up in that specific state.

Pros

Prison Fellowship has a meaningful mission, wonderful people, and a beautiful office building.

Cons

The CEO and some senior leaders keep changing the internal structure and the focus of the organization. Communication about the changes is often poorly handled, causing ongoing morale issues.
