Pros

Wonderful mission, was very professional under Chuck Colson's leadership. Very good on time off

Cons

Becomes top heavy every few years and then cuts staff. Ministry's longest-term staff (20+ years) are let go consistently and are now almost non existent.

Pros

Great ministry and mission to reach prisoners and their families with the redemptive story of the Christian Gospel. PFM has some wonderful examples of this thru their in-prison ministries and 24/7 faith based prison programs in Minnesota and Texas. Passion for the work of Christ and love for seeing His redemptive story at work.

Cons

Getting back on their feet after a season of distrust in senior management. Patience and forgiving spirit required as the vision is recast for the future.
