Pros

People really care; everyone is a family and prays for each other. Awesome work-life balance. The focus is on God's love and not on profit. The new CEO is amazing: She walks the walk, not just talks the talk.

Cons

There's not always room for advancement or high pay in some positions, but the pros significantly outweigh the cons.

Pros

So many pros to working at PF: healthy culture, caring leadership, fairly compensated, work/life harmony, supported with career goals, transparency, autonomy, the ability to learn from mistakes, recognition. 99% of the people I speak to LOVE working at PF and is grateful for what we get to do for the Lord.

Cons

Honestly, the only con is that sometimes it just feels like we are running constantly, and things only slow down to shift/change. Which is great for someone who thrives on change, but can be hard for employees who dont care for it.
