Pros

The openness of everyone makes you want to work. It's the environment with the team is awesome. Leadership doesn't discount any idea or opinion. They are also ALWAYS on your side and fighting along with you when needed. The support of the team is special. The C-suite really drives the culture and that is something you don't see often. The people here couldn't be more different but everyone brings something to the table.

Pay could be better but overall, with the perks and the team, it's manageable

Its amazing because we get very good pay for very little cotton picking 10/10

Cons

Sometimes we will get whipped like slaves if we dont do our job right but it happens so often you will never see it 10/10
