Pros

This job has allowed to begin to work toward full time employment doing something I truly love. They award plenty of opportunity to those who word hard, including time off to travel. It is a true team atmosphere in the office, and I believe this company can be a massive success.

Cons

I have yet to find any. No matter what your skill set is there are many different departments that one can apply their different unique skills
