The people I work with are great, flexibility is wonderful, management does everything they can to help work around your schedule if something should come up.

Pros

schedules great, crews are great, and the work load isn't terrible..

Cons

if you enjoy getting told one thing and it never happening ,this is the place for you. it's a contract gig. You are already budgeted to be replaced. Health insurance is worst than even fast food joints. That being said, management at the dept level is good, upper management not so good.
