I appreciate working for a company that cares about being at the forefront of our industry. The constant innovation is really interesting to me, and incorporating the techniques that are going to define the industry for years to come is something that I personally think is worth bragging about. I can honestly say I'm thankful to be a part of the Gateway team.

I love my coworkers - turned - friends here.

There's no room for mistakes here. The managers expect you to do your job without error but offers little support as to how you can be perfect - if that's even a possibility. Before you apply here, make sure you can do everything perfectly, so the managers won't think that you're incompetent.
