      Pros

      Got a lot of experience working on a production floor, gained experience working in a team, maintaining hygiene, following health and safety protocols, reaching production targets.

      Cons

      I was stuck at home in the place I grew up, it was grand for a few years when I was young, but now I want a change.

      Pros

      Great people and friendly atmosphere in the factory

      Cons

      Complete lack of communication between departments. Very low moral throughout the factory, which I believe to be because of the company and management's total lack of thought or respect for their employees. Filthy toilets which even when reported very little is done about it. Ridiculously fly infested canteen. Low holiday allocation considering you work most bank Holidays at no extra hourly rate. Little or no annual pay increase.
