Good benefits, bonus, nice paid time off

Cons

A lot of talk about being employer of choice, but actions speak louder than words. It's all about the bottom line, and they do not want to hear suggestions for improvement. Management seems content to pay a service center with little or no accountability for performance and customer value.

Good benefits, gym, fair pay and bonuses, OT opportunities

Cons

Management will take advantage of employees who are doing their work and not enforce the same requirements on those who aren’t. When management doesn’t feel like overseeing those who don’t work, they just expect the “team “to kick in. Or say you need more teamwork or teambuilding. Inconsistent management.

Well the only pro that I can think of is the fact you will have a job.

Cons

The company took all the things that attracted people to them....No more stock purchase plan, salary is way below the national average, very poor raises of .45 cents or less a year. Horrible HR department, very good ol boyish type environment. Hard work gets you no where, it's all about who you know or who you rub elbows with.
