      Pros

      * It is like family * We work together as a team, not only in individual departments, but as a whole hospital. * We strive for patients and visitor to have a great experience. * Competitive wages * Dental, Life Insurance, Disability benefits are competitive. * Great programs for nurses beginning their career.

      Cons

      * Information does not always flow down to other facilities in a timely manner; although we are seeing significant improvements! * Medical Insurance benefits are costly.

      Pros

      Mostly great people to work with! The patients are usually fantastic. The optometry and ophthalmology doctors are wonderful! Pretty good about following regulations in a timely manner.

      Cons

      Management SUCKS. If someone doesn't like you, they will go to management and twist your words to make you seem bad. There is constantly drama between the older employees and the younger employees, tons of entitlement from the older ones. Long hours, low pay.
