      Pros

      Mostly great people to work with! The patients are usually fantastic. The optometry and ophthalmology doctors are wonderful! Pretty good about following regulations in a timely manner.

      Cons

      Management SUCKS. If someone doesn't like you, they will go to management and twist your words to make you seem bad. There is constantly drama between the older employees and the younger employees, tons of entitlement from the older ones. Long hours, low pay.

      Pros

      Pay is pretty good and the Simplicity of the job itself is nice. Scheduling is awesome they will work with you and you can see your schedule far ahead in advance. Coworkers are awesome and helpful and the supervisors and director help you with anything you need to make your job just a little less difficult.

      Cons

      Alone on a shift by yourself and at times the job can be slow and boring and you need to stay diligent but that's security in general so not a whole lot of negatives in my opinion for this job.

      Staff works together well, you can easily get along with your coworkers

      Keeping departments staffed to where other employees in that department do not have to sacrifice days off to come in.
