small units, great patient-to-staff ratio. Promedica gives great benefits and you can always get hours to work. I just don't recommend their LTCF; try your hardest to get into the hospitals instead.

Cons

horrible management and unorganized very underpaid for this job They don't work with your school schedule at all. I ended up having to skip then drop out of my classes because they wouldn't work with me and didn't want to get low grades because lack of attendance. Was disappointed with the staffing, some were very rude and hard to work with; specially the nurses.

Treat providers as if we are a dime a dozen. Concered with metrixes not always patient outcomes. Do not appreciate the providers enough.
