      Pros

      The drive is close to home, the surgeon and PA's are very kind, knowledgeable and easy to work with.

      Cons

      It's all for the company. They continually add more and more jobs to your workload. They also hire inadequate managerial staff then allow them to do whatever they want even though it is not good for the office, ie: playing favorites with particular employees.

      The pay is competitive and they train you adequately.

      Cons

      Most of middle management are overburdened while executives do nothing. Poor communications, and lack of communications. Many of the hospitalised are incompetent. Horrible food in the cafeteria. Employees complained for two years but no one cares.
