My specific department (500+ employees) has been through a lot of management changes from the top down and the culture has changed for the worse. Employee survey results reflect a general consensus in said opinion and yet a year has past since the last survey and no changes have been made to address the downturn in scores. There is obviously a direct correlation between the survey results and the department cultural/leadership changes over the past few years. I think a lot people in my department were hoping that the survey would be a red flag for HR and maybe even get the attention of those at the highest levels. Well, for as much time that has passed and no obvious changes in management style we have experienced a much higher turnover rate than anything I've seen in the 8+ years I have been with Promedica. A lot of talent has left and as much as we are all replaceable it's sad to see it go unnoticed or management make excuses for why. With that said, I would still highly recommend Promedica as an employer.
