Great small company with lots of Flexibility. Work hours can be flexed. Many cool assignments are available and Management worked with me to move me to a new project. I also like all the Happy Hours and picnics.

I work off-site, so day to day interaction with management isn't possible.

pay is above average, annual bonus (mainly, based on number of hours charged to government contract; i.e. mainly, based on how much $ you make proobject), 401k (company profit based) IF you stick around for 5+ years, $5k per year towards training / education after 6th month of employment, hanover area is fun (restaurants, bars, mall, casino, etc.)
Cons
unexpected & discrete layoffs, quitting because of being unhappy, 401k is vested 20% per year after 1st year, 2 weeks of vacation per year for first 5 years of employment (no negotiations), unethical decisions from management (including security within SCIFs)
