I like to work hard. first company that I’ve ever worked for, where my manager actually knew what I did from day to day. Last job, you’d only see a manager at an annual review or when something went wrong. I feel like they care the job that I’m doing. I like the feedback.

Cons

They put away lots of money in the 401K. I’d rather have the money to do with as I please.

There are opportunities to contribute to the activities they plan. If you stick around the retirement is nice.

Cons

Dependent upon the role you may be put in situations you are uncomfortable with. Retaliation for not towing the line is a thing.
