I can't say enough positive things about this company. After reading some of the less positive reviews on here I can only assume those individuals lacked strong work ethics because hard work is definitely recognized and appreciated by management/leadership. They are extremely supportive of employees who want to expand their skills, both technical and non-technical positions.
Very family oriented company.
Genuinely want the best for their employees.
No micromanagement.
Flexible work hours.
Cons
If you're looking for a job where very little is expected of you, this is not the place for you (I don't think that's a con. Some people might though).
