3yWe pay competitive wages, and our sales compensation is structured to highly incent our sales team for achieving quota. I would encourage you to speak with your manager about ways that you can close more sales which will increase your earnings.

3yParking is a challenge when you are located in a downtown area. This I why we provide parking vouchers and transit passes to help off-set some of the cost. We have a lot of great managers at Procare, but it sounds like you had some challenges with your manager when you were employed with us.
