Pros

The smart & creative people that I get to spend my days with, they are the "PROS" - they show up, they bring their A-game, and they do difficult work! Also... people at every single level have an opportunity to contribute & have a voice in shaping the future direction of the company.

Cons

Pacing growth, with increasing demands.

Pros

Amazing company culture! Leadership that values it's employees and does everything they can to provide you with the tools that you need to be successful, and does not micro-manage. Room for advancement. I've seen multiple people, who showed me the ropes as a new employee, be promoted to higher positions. Procede plays an active role in developing individuals in order to better the company.

Cons

Growing pains. We have a lot of opportunity to improve process in order to properly scale the operations of a growing company.

Pros

I am very happy that my career path led me to Procede. I've been provided with lots of opportunity to grow in my career, develop new skills, and thrive in a role that fit me best. The company truly makes all employees' voices heard, and everyone that works there is top notch and very talented. Procede actively works to cultivate a fun, dynamic, yet hardworking environment, and motivated employees can excel and advance quickly.

Cons

Advice - If you prefer to blend in and punch a 9-5 clock, then this company isn't for you.
