Major growing pains

Pros

Everyone works hard and puts in max effort. Relaxed work environment. Lots of advancement opportunities if you want to grow your career. Employees receive recognition for their efforts.

Cons

Meetings upon meetings... a little overkill. Upper management tends to be stuck in their ways and are stubborn to change. Sales culture is nonexistent. Transparency between departments is lacking. Product offering is robust but is severely lacking scalability which makes it difficult to compete for market share.

Pros

The work environment and culture are awesome. Employees are empowered to learn and grow professionally and personally with each other. Generally positive environment, encouraging and helpful co-workers and zero micro management. Employees are appreciated and there are some great perks throughout the year to show this. This is a fast paced, aggressive work place; so for those who like a challenge this is the place to be.

Cons

Zero micro management, almost to the point of no management in some scenarios. You'd think this was a Pro, but feedback is important in growing team members and building strong, cohesive teams.

Leadership Team Promoting Toxic Work Environment

Pros

Most Immediate coworkers were great, as well as direct supervisor.

Cons

The leadership team is very difficult to work for and are resistant to input. Technically lagging behind and extremely slow to adopt new practices and technologies. Unwilling to allocate enough resources to development team, despite being a "Software" company. CEO sets the tone for toxic environment through ego and immaturity.
