I feel more comfortable and more supported than I ever have before. This employer genuinely cares for your growth, both professionally and personally. I have received more positive feedback and recognition here than anywhere else in my life. My personal confidence level has gone up considerably. I have not heard any issues about management or the company or even the co-workers. I love it!"

I've worked for Procept for three months now and there are so many reasons to be excited about this environment. - The product and patients create a noble mission that the team is galvanized behind - The people are exceptional - humble, deeply talented, excellent collaborators, and clear-eyed on priorities - Communication and transparency, there is such a strong commitment to ensuring team members know "what's going on" and it allows the teams to make quality decisions in a productive way

Cons

As with any growing company, there are aspects to deepen capability within and I can't wait to start building the best managers in the industry. Having great people managers who have the mindset and skillset of transformational management will transform a company, so this will absolutely be one of my focus areas!
