Pros

Great Product and company trying to change lives of people CEO is humble but also with a vision There are a lot of good people here, great management in some departments

Cons

Bad management styles in some departments, evident favourtism, hostile environment. i had a decline of mental health here, burnt out always! Unless the VPs and CEO truely step in to understand whats going on, its not going to change! Ridiculous expectations and zero appreciation for work!

Good culture, Friendly people, lots of growth potential, Sense of ownership.

Cons

lot of growth pains that comes with growth. On the positive side team and management is addressing it as and when it comes.

Cons

Ops management is the worst I have ever seen. It is a Boy's club where the V P is is the king. He has no idea what manufacturing is. He like to run the department with fear. Do not believe as his previous employer, from where he was let go. The rest of the management team are ex Boston employees , they sit on their desk and not do anything, jus create more process and paperwork
