- Career growth opportunities - Lots of exposure to C-Suite - Small enough company to build your personal brand quickly

Cons

- Not a 9-5 company. Early mornings, late nights, traveling on weekends - May be required to make yourself available last minute to company emergency situations

I feel more comfortable and more supported than I ever have before. This employer genuinely cares for your growth, both professionally and personally. I have received more positive feedback and recognition here than anywhere else in my life. My personal confidence level has gone up considerably. I have not heard any issues about management or the company or even the co-workers. I love it!"
