Pros
Really great staff and coworkers, great job security, very marketable after you leave because you do so many different cases and modalities
Cons
Very busy, case load is massive, severely understaffed, turn over rate is embarrassingly high Pay is very low for the amount of work you have to do, other company in pgh pays at least 15k more Travel between 9 different hospitals (sometimes up to 3 different hospitals in one day) Management cares more about saving money than anything else, favoritism is a huge issue, they don’t believe in work life balance (director level management) No room for growth
