A great place to work

Pros

You are surrounding by supportive and friendly co-workers. It is a great environment to learn about the staffing industry. New training methods and tools are making easier to learn the business. On the sales side, you are given an opportunity to build a solid business that can be financially rewarding.

Cons

Constant changes to business rules can slow service delivery and creates inconsistencies in our approach. Working from home is allowed but not supported equally across the company. Work/Life balance is a term that is thrown around from time to time but it is not part of the culture.

Pros

Great company, privately owned, so decisions can (and sometimes are) made quickly. They pay competitively, better than I've heard at competitors.

Cons

Every company has their issues - nothing I would point out as a reason to avoid working here.
