      Friendly co workers, Great work location, once a month free buffet breakfast

      Cons

      Overwork their staff, bully/clique/gossipy environment, takes management a long time to understand what is wrong. Good people leaving because of stress and nothing else is communicated to them. HR listens but doesn't do much.
