Pros

I have only worked with Procom for 5 months or so and so far I have had an amazing experience. I was hired by Helen in accounting and then passed on to learn more to Client Services. Every supervisor I have had so far has been very supportive and has been able to train me well on all the accounts that I have had the pleasure working with. I would highly recommend working with Procom since it is an amazing and very proffecional environment.

Pros

Procom excels in building client and consultant relationships. Everyone is very customer service oriented. The whole company strives to create lasting relationships that build on more relationships and future business. We are dedicated in creating an atmosphere and culture of family. Even when following up with documents or timesheet approvals/submissions, everyone is dedicated in delivering exceptional service.

Cons

We're growing too many too fast. There should also be more co-op opportunities (whether in management, legal, administrative, etc.). That way, you can provide experience to new graduates and assess the potential for future talent.
