Pros

They have a work life balance but extremely fast paced. Celebrate holidays and provide monthly lunches.

Cons

POLITICAL!!!!!! You will not survive if you don't follow the leaders and I don't mean the CEO. The volume of work is unrealistic. No training is provided. Too many long term employees stuck in the past. Staff work in fear!
