      Pros

      I really like working here as a software developer. The company has great sustainable vision and recognizes talent. This being my first company as a PR, has really brought me at par with others, be it by way of salary or work atmosphere.

      Cons

      I really do not see any concrete cons here. I really like working here and would definitely recommend others.

      Pros

      You are surrounding by supportive and friendly co-workers. It is a great environment to learn about the staffing industry. New training methods and tools are making easier to learn the business. On the sales side, you are given an opportunity to build a solid business that can be financially rewarding.

      Cons

      Constant changes to business rules can slow service delivery and creates inconsistencies in our approach. Working from home is allowed but not supported equally across the company. Work/Life balance is a term that is thrown around from time to time but it is not part of the culture.
