The paycheck is all they have to offer.
Cons
The have installed spywares on work computers but they also use the webcam and the mic on the laptops they provide to spy on the employees when they work from home. It goes beyond normal monitoring, they watch you in the confort of your home and they listen to the conversation you have near your computer, even outside of work hours. Their PCs are just spy devices and they are control freaks.
