      Pros

      Management is good but owners replace them almost yearly. 10 years 10 managers.

      Cons

      Owners are sketchy and have alot of under the yanle deals. Expect techs to train new techs getting paid 10 plus more an hour. Was on call for 3 plus years because noone else was capable of completing on call.

      Pros

      Account managers are the real leaders and so helpful.

      Cons

      Operations management does nothing to bring value to the team, but they're in the boys club and grandfathered in, so they're untouchable. The rest of us are/were expendable, and they make that obvious.
