      Pros

      Excellent workplace culture that allows you to reach your full potential in your position. In an industry where the majority of companies mistreat their employees and take advantage of them, Procom does the opposite by empowering their employees to be the best they can be. This gives me the motivation as a worker to give it my all for the company, knowing they have my back.

      Cons

      Construction around the building location can be a bit annoying at times, but that's obviously temporary.

      Pros

      - Good performance is recognized and valued - Annual Vacation is pretty reasonable -Managers are understanding -High pressure and volume environment so is fun and competitive, but seniors help juniors in learning as well, very friendly environment.

      Cons

      -Not alot of flexibility on WFH

      Founder and CEO Franck McCrea is a authentic and good human being who cares about people. He built a company based on those values.

      For my preference, becoming too big corporate and not as much agility as earlier years
