- friendly staff - CEO an amazing guy - commission higher than average - lots of orders to work on - Work from home - very efficient internal system - Separation of on-boarding and recruitment =

Cons

- some account managers are difficult to work with - base salary needs slight upward adjustment - gossip - Bonus/reward structure, not commission structure, needs to be re-worked to give maximum reward for merit

The organization is tailor made for driven individuals that want to control their own destiny. Great learning environment in which you have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the business. Procom has built a reputation of excellence and innovation in the IT Staffing Industry in Canada.

Cons

Procom is a great place to work, but it could improve the way that they celebrate the efforts of the employees. More events that bring the company together would be welcomed.

Cons

Management was a waste of skin. Absolutely lazy. They paid sales people to do nothing but take orders and then put pressure on recruiters. Recruiters do all the work.
