      Accounting Department Lead Graham and Patty are very reasonable and nice, under their lead, accounting department's culture is nice.

      I must say some manager/managers is not very easy to get along...

      Pros

      Amazing company to work for. Lots of opportunity for financial growth and more and more opportunity for career growth. The harder you work, the bigger the reward. You get back what you put in. Cares about employees, consultants, and clients , never looking to be just "good enough" and always open to suggestions and improvement. Many tenured employees across the organizations (10-30 year plus employment), so much knowledge and experience to learn from.

      Cons

      All companies have growing pains. When you strive to be the best, there will always be some bumps along the way. And some bumps take a bit longer to smooth out than others. As long as we continue to grow and learn from them, the bumps are worth it.
