Pros

Procore has gone through a lot of change recently which has been disruptive, but largely positive. There remains a lot of smart great people who have been at the company for a long time, and the newer leadership has helped the company drive towards increased profitability. Generally people are happy

Career growth has become more limited as has communication down level

Pros

I am truly enjoying Procore, I have been here for 5 years and been able to grow from an IC to a Senior Manager and almost create the role I wanted. My team is great and they value input, ideas and we have a strong partnership. Upper management is as transparent as they can be and there are many ways to stay on top of company performance, new initiatives, etc.

Cons

We have grown a lot over the last 5 years so there are still processes and procedures that are not fully baked out. I don't consider this really a con as I enjoy being able o be part of driving strategies and influencing, but if someone that prefers more structure it could be a challenge.
