Pros

-Good Benefits -Good Perks -Collaboration and extensive training starting with all different types of employees in different roles gradually tailoring your bootcamp experience your specific role.

Cons

May be a tad intimidating if you have no construction experience but that will come with learning a new industry but other than that they seem to really care about their employees.
