Generally, lower pay inside the industry, lack of trust with management seeing through your career progression after metrics were over achieved.

A great place to learn and grow as a sales professional

Pros

- Lots of learning and development opportunities - Engaged leadership, you always feel like you are looked after - Managers prefer to hire internally - Salary and Commission is great - As an SDR, quota is attainable (still tough during certain months but hey, that's sales!) - Quarterly events with the whole office or individual teams - Both Toronto and Vancouver offices are right downtown located at WeWork offices - Lots of fun marketing events to attend

As an SDR, I don't feel like there are any Cons.
