Pros

Not much to say at this point. Decent benefits.

Cons

I’ve worked at Procore for over five years, and during that time I’ve witnessed a significant and disappointing shift in company culture. When I first joined, Procore genuinely valued employee well-being and operated with a strong commitment to its stated core values and long-term vision. Over the past few years, particularly after going public, that culture has eroded. There has been constant turnover in leadership, frequent organizational restructuring, and ongoing changes to processes that feel reactive rather than strategic. The company now appears short-sighted and overwhelmingly focused on making the numbers look good for the next shareholder meeting. What was once a people-first organization now feels primarily concerned with extracting as much output as possible from an increasingly understaffed and shrinking workforce. Morale has declined, burnout is common, and the long-term vision that once differentiated Procore seems to have been replaced by a narrow focus on short-term financial optics. From my perspective, the company is moving in the wrong direction.
