Pros

People, Culture, Diversity, Training, Salary and benefits. Being international, the language spoken at work is English.

Cons

Lots of work to do. However the work is challenging and interesting. There is a fear of failing to deliver, but I guess there are great bosses and coach who can lift you up.

Pros

Flexible schedules, focused on career planning, and are a top competitor in the consumer products industry. Company is growing as well.

Cons

Benefits have been decreasing to benchmark with other companies in the similar size profile. Obama care May in fact change this more in future years. Competitive work environment, but not too serious, very friendly
