Pros

The pay is pretty good for the work load. Nothing with regards to the job is very hard or challenging at all. The benefits are okay not outstanding, but okay.

Cons

Work life balance not great. The job is stressful due to the people. The environment is robotic, and I mean the people. They all fall in line. This seniority based company holds seniority date above work output and work ethic. Managment is not very helpful nor are they prompt. There is a war between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift. It is rare to find people helping each other out. Although they preach one team one dream. It is very much an every man for himself kind of place. And it is as if technicians show no pride in their job and are only there to collect a paycheck. This is understandable though, because people are not trained adequately nor are they held accountable consistently. They also do very little to help unite teams. They have a meal on your lunch break once or twice a year and maybe one day where they can spare an hour per year to do a quick results/ game. And that sums up the team building. Oral care Iowa City is a major let down. Find another P&G to work for would be my recommendation.

Pros

The company really cares about it's employees. They do giveaways and try to help you reach your career goals.

Cons

Definitely need more people hired on because the workload is crazy. They expect you to wear multiple hats and it can sometimes be very stressful.
